I've looked and tried to glitch my way through but I cannot find a key or get through the door of the house next to the gas station

I tried to download this game 3 times but I couldn't.
It always ends up saying "Failed - Network Error"
But I have downloaded a bunch of other games today at high speeds, so the problem is definitely not my internet connection.

I am stuck in the building where you drop down into the ceiling and go downstairs and find a tool to break the wood away from the door.. it appears theres a crowbar or hammer but you cannot pick it up. this is right after you talk to the radio guy outside on the roof for the first time. any help here would be great.. I want to play but appear stuck
What you're missing is the axe found in the top room :)
